1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", or "your") and ibet8 ("ibet8", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ibet8 platform located at ibet8.club, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through ibet8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ibet8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ibet8. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. ibet8 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
2. One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) ibet8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. ibet8 may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances upon detection.
3. Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ibet8 may suspend or terminate accounts found to have been registered with false or misleading information.
4. Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ibet8 complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. ibet8 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

1. Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibet8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
2. Unauthorised Access. You must notify ibet8 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ibet8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3. Account Activity. All bets and transactions placed through your ibet8 account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were placed by you or by another person who obtained access to your account.
4. Session Security. You should log out of your ibet8 account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

1. Accepted Methods. ibet8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Available methods are subject to change without notice.
2. Currency. All ibet8 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ibet8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
3. Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and are subject to change. You are responsible for checking current minimums prior to initiating a transaction.
4. Own Funds Only. All funds deposited into your ibet8 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
5. Withdrawal Processing. ibet8 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to any applicable verification requirements. ibet8 reserves the right to conduct verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
6. No Unlawful Use. The ibet8 Platform must not be used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity. ibet8 is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

1. Promotional Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by ibet8 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates. These terms are stated in each promotion's specific documentation.
2. Eligibility. ibet8 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility or to exclude specific members from promotions at its absolute discretion.
3. Abuse. Any attempt to abuse a bonus or promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
4. Changes. ibet8 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

1. Game Integrity. All games available on the ibet8 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or are operated via licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified processes beyond the control of ibet8 or the Member.
2. Published RTPs. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for ibet8 slot and RNG games are as published by the respective game providers. ibet8 makes no additional guarantee of returns beyond the published RTP figures.
3. Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded. ibet8's decision in relation to game malfunctions is final.
4. Bet Acceptance. ibet8 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, system errors, or incorrect odds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibet8 Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one ibet8 account;
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or mechanical device to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, and payment fraud;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any ibet8 game or system;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

ibet8 reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any funds associated with such accounts pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ibet8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of ibet8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ibet8 Platform without prior written consent from ibet8.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. Platform Availability. ibet8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ibet8's reasonable control may result in service interruptions.
2. Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibet8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
3. Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, ibet8's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ibet8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

ibet8 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. ibet8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Members, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Session time reminders and automatic session timeouts;
• Cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion);
• Voluntary self-exclusion (permanent).

11. Account Suspension and Termination

1. By ibet8. ibet8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without notice, including where ibet8 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
2. By the Member. You may close your ibet8 account at any time by contacting ibet8 customer support. Any pending wagering commitments must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of remaining funds.
3. Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in a legitimately operated account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks and satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ibet8 is licensed to operate. ibet8 shall use reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute with a Member amicably and in good faith. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through ibet8's internal complaints procedure, you may have the right to refer the matter to the applicable independent dispute resolution body under ibet8's licensing authority.

13. Amendments

ibet8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ibet8 will endeavour to notify registered Members via the email address or mobile number on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the ibet8 Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
